Entering a whole new world of Technology

So I should probably start off by letting everyone know this is the first blog, I have posted on other people on others sites over varying topics. Everyone I have spoken with says "Just talk about what is going on and what you know" This has always been easy when speaking in person but conveying that through text in another issue. Now on to better things

The market seems to be picking up locally, though I had a horrible end of May and beginning of June The buyers seem to be coming out of the wood work. That is definitely good! I find that the majority of the buyers I am working with seem to be first time home buyers again, which is how I started out in this profession 5 years ago. It seems that sometimes we (or at least I) forget how rewarding it is when those buyers get past their nerves and find that "Dream Home" Those rewards definitely make up for the extra work and stress of dealing with all the foreclosures and asset managers.

Until next time,

Hope everyone is having a successful and enjoyable week!

Aaron-- Welcome to AR. Just relax and talk about what you know about. Your real estate experiences are always appreciated. I like to compare what other realtors are doing. Our area here in NY is still pretty slow. I have been telling clients for months, this is the time to buy. Lets go!!!

Thanks for the comment Aaron...

I have a lot of family in Oakland County.  how is the market in Grand Ledge?

If you have a problem coming up with something to write about, pretend you are talking to someone and just write the post exactly like that. Write you conversation and the other person's comments just like they are a script in a play. Why rewrite what has already happened it can sometimes be better than anything we can write.

Welcome to the rain,

Aaron, good job on this first post. It's rewarding working with the first time home buyer, just seeing them excited that they will have a place to call their own home.

Lets's hope the market is starting to pick up.  My last two buyers were first time home buyers as well.

Chuck- I appreciate it, I have found that AR can be very addicting!

Denise- I love first time buyers, but have to say in this market all buyers are great! I definitely seen more movement in the last few weeks!
